Information: This ID is issued for Grade-11 Modesty ICT-CSS (Tech-Pro) Officers and must be worn during class hours. This will be a validity that you have participated in a class election as one of the officer for Grade-11 Modesty. This ID Card will automatically imprint the date of the first day of school and will be expired until the end of the school year (predicted month will be March of any year).

Authorized Use: This ID must be presented in the school premises especially at Supreme Secondary Learner's Government (SSLG) and The School Heads (includes the teachers, master teachers, staffs, etc.). This ID Card will be confiscated if violated.

Your personal information, including name, photo, and officer status, are not allowed to be stored in any databases or any local storages you can find in this website. This will only be used solely for school verification purposes and will not be shared in both the school and this website without any consent from the card holders unless required by school staffs and other Government Officials.
